UGH.interviewing managers are so HASSLE.but i LEARNED. woot. :) haha. they're so busy with their jobs, it doesn't show at some point of time but when it's their time to do their deed/s, BOOM deadma sa mga ibang tao and focus on their work. Managers are busy, what more other people who's job takes up almost all their time. Like almost all their time they even do their work while sleeping [joke.hahaha]. i think every job you take requires workaholic-ity. is that even a word? hahaha anyway. all along i thought if you're a manager, you just boss around, "you #1, do this. #2 get me a coffee. #3, walalang. *yadda yadda*"hahaha. but it's not. i mean, yeah, it's a part of their job to make utos their apprentices [or whatever you call it] but part of their job, too, is to, like, for example, i'm a finance manager, i should know what the hell i'm doing. I should know how to budget and shit [sorry for the bad words.haha.that's how i speak in an informal way eh haha.peace:D]. Their job is kinda HARD, i tell you. they sometimes have to go OT because of some thing they have to do.
hassle much? CHYEA.
well, walalang. I'M BORED. di ba halata? hahaha. anyway. im gonna enjoy my 5-day vacation.woot.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Here are some things i noticed:
- Only a few companies are looking for potential IT professionals with non-technical skills experience (like Photoshop, etc.).
- The companies need more workers with SQL knowledge rather than Java experience. Are they different? kasi i dont know eh.. :(
- Almost all companies want to hire IT professionals who are willing to work at a designated place.
- ...And the applicant must be a Filipino Citizen or he/she must be residing at the Philippines (my brother told me why.haha.)
- Alot of companies want workers with good communication skills, too. Like duh, if you're like the one who recruits, will you hire someone who speaks so barok? hahaha.no offense.

PEDICAB DRIFT :D
kaninang lunch me, sara, AC, dennis and camz went to Harrison Plaza to eat lunch. rode a pedicab.WOOOOT FIRST TIME! :D HAHAHA! so yeah..we ate at greenwich. Then while waiting for the food, me AC and sara went to national bookstore muna to buy some things. then went back and ate na. hahaha. then bought ice cream from mcdo.omg then picture sessions muna. hahaha THEEEEEEEN that's when i called for a cab. hahaha! i dont know why people laugh whenever i call a cab/fx/bus. can you tell me why?? theeeen nun nasa taxi na kami, we started taking pictures again. and dennis took a pic of him and manong driver.HAHAHA! i dont have that bluetooth thing pa eh so i cant upload the pics pa.BOOO.

early in the morning..my dad made hatid me and my kuya.first kuya to sta.mesa coz it's his last day of board exams so yeah..i wished him goodluck btw.sooo HE MUST PASS! kidding! HAHAHA! but yeah i hope he'll pass coz he worked hard for that. then around 6:30 my dad dropped me na at lasalle.i thought the bookstore's open na that time so yeah..i went there..then NYERK..CLOSED :l so i just went to starbs coz me and mari'll meet up there.

so yaa i went to starbs. ordered green tea latte [which tastes kinda okay lang.green tea parin: hahaha] then mari came..BONDING :D
